COPA Income Order Record type A

Hi

We have all sales orders posted to COPA record type A. We are facing issue related to credit memo. System is reversing the revenue, but not reducing the order value in COPA under record type A. Please advise

Hi Farhan,

We had same issue for MTO sales order(cost object) and implemented OSS note 490647 and our issue was resolved.

Dear Farhan,

I believe that the credit memo creates a record type F ? And it reverses the revenue created by the original billing document ?

But what about the credit memo request ? Does it not create a record type A reducing the amount posted by original sales order ?
