Error in MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG Phase

Hi Expert,

We are upgrade our System from ERP 6 To EHP 8 for ERP 6
our platform is Windows 2012 and SQL database

we are continue in upgrade to phase Current Phase: MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG
but we are received the following error:

Hi,

as SAP recommended us: kindly apply the following SAP Notes:

1624942 - "Field in table is specified twice" error in DDIC_ACTIVATION or ACT_UPG

1224011 - Error AD285 or DT304 in ACT phase of upgrade or EHPI

It's working now and upgrade continue.
