hi gurus,

my client wants a sales order not to be saved if order staff changes a incoterm fields and has to put an allowed reason in additional data screen.pls help me how to configure this in img.

Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document.

You may also try with User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
