We want to export to excel all sales invoices for a period say for the month of October just to see how much sales being done from the SAP system, please advise how this can be done
In addition to what Nguyen says, once you have the right report set up, you can use "Broadcasts" (under the Business Analytics workcenter to automatically send the report by email to any recipient at set intervals.
Have you tried to go to work center "Customer Invoicing" and report Invoice Volume. From there you can pull out a report with creation date or posting date. With a bit of filtering, you can have a report with all Sales Invoices for a period and download it to excel.
