Signal 4 received by operating system

We recently upgraded to Oracle 10.2 on HP-UX last weekend [SAP 4.7EE Ext110] and since then we did not see this message but today we see a tons of this messages and the work processes re-starting ...its the PRD server..please advise.

One of the work log files info :

Due to special circumstances (for example, storage overwritten), the

current process has received a signal from the operating system and

its signal handling routine has been invoked. For security reasons

this process is terminated. A dump is written which shows the error

context.
