Ho w to extend manage purchase requisition professional app

Hi Team,

I have requirement to modify the standard S4 HANA application "manage purchase requisition - Professional".

The requirement is to hide a button in details screen. The button is present in extended folder i.e. ext folder under webapp.

Any suggestion will be great.

Hi Vasantham,

Generally the "ext" folder is only added to a project that has already been extended. If this is the case, you should be able to remove the button from the corresponding *.view.xml file in the ext folder without any issue. As per your comments, If I do changes in ext folder directly then its like custom application right. Will it affect future upgrades?

Correct - you will need to maintain any changes during future upgrades to ensure compatibility.
