thread dump scanner tool problem

Hi

I am using the thread dump scanner tool, and when I run the command I am getting the below error.

I have configured JAVA_HOME correctly. Any help ??

found POI classes -> writing xls instead of csv

DumpScan: found 0 ThreadDumps in file std_server0.log

no -verbose:gc output found
