User details not reading

Hi All,

I have a problem for an inbound and outbound interface: I am using logical database PNP.

For Outbound interface:

User responsible for running the interface details are not getting papulated.

For Inbound interface:

User details are not able to uploaded.

Can you please suggest a way out to handle this.
