Interaction center winclient R/3: Hit search filter

Hello Expert,

My CIC winclient is working fine. Customer can call and agents are receiving the calls.

But the problem is, business partners are maintained for multiple roles in the system and thats why CIC is displaying mutiple hits in navigation area. This is creating confusions for the agents. I want to display only one hit here. Could you please guide me to accomplish this? I would highly appreciate your help.
