Strange behavior of EP

Hi Guys,

Transport package created in QA environment, Iviews, pages, roles. & worksets included in package. As well, all dependent objects were included.

From various logins, this content cannot be seen in the production portal.

Permissions were reviewed, and the group everyone has read access.

Transport received zero errros when imported to production.

When logged in as administrator, the content is not seen, yet when logged in with user (dgregg), I can see the content.

Admin beinf super Admin should be able to see the content from the Content Directory. What can me missing ??
