Changes after Termination action

Hi,

I have performed Termination action for an employee. and after terminating i can go and change any infotype, so to restrict this what settings needs to be done .. please explain

Hi,

This is our client requirement. after terminating an employee if I try to chnage the infotype record the system will through warning messege by saying the employee has left on this perticular date.. so this setting can be changed to error messege. so please suggest the configuration settings for doing the same..

I think there is no need for user exit.

There is no configuration settings you will have to go with user exit or with badi hrpad00infty.

As far as think , only work around is to implement user exits ( Huge change ) . BTW , why you want to do it ?
