Cannot view workflow log via Services for Object Workflow Overview

We recently had an upgrade of R3/ECC and discovered a new issue. For some reason we can no longer view workflow log via Services for Object > Workflow Overview for Purchase Requition (transaction ME54n). We get the message "There are no workflows that have already worked with this object". However, we have confirmed via SWEL and other t-codes that the workflow and log do exist.

Anyone know what issue is and how to fix?
