Hello Experts,

My Client is currently on an EBP 4.0 system and chooses to move onto SRM 5.0

Would request your opinion on ..

(1) Would an upgrade be advised or a fresh Installation

(2) A list of "nice to have" features in SRM 5.0

(3) How can the existing data be migrated

Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

It should be upgrade because of productive system. Business users need live and old documents.

From my experience, fuctional driven upgrade is hard to get budget. Business driven upgrade aproach is better.

Thanks Disha,

That was quite informative, but would you be able to give me tips on the other queries i had.

The mandatory features and the nice to have i could suggest to the business while the upgrade happens.

And what's the timeframe we could be looking at for the upgrade?
