Batch Split in MB1A

Dear Friends,

Please let me know... whether can we do the batch splitting & Batch determination in the transaction MB1A (to production order movement 261). If Yes... How can we do it.

I know that after doing the component splitting in the production order... system will propose it in MB1A. But if I am not doing in the production order... is it possible to do in MB1A?

Hi,

No you can not do Batch Determination in MB1A.

But there are some other t.Codes from where you can do the Batch determination and issue the materials.

1) MB26

2) COIK

3) MIGO

while issuing for the material , instead of the putting batch put the * and then enter...

it will carry out the batch determination and select the batch whichever you wish....

i think i will give some help to your issue..

Hi,

With the Batch determination settings in place , it is possible to do the Batch splitting & Batch determination in the transaction MB1A (movement 261) , without doing the component splitting in the production order...
