activity cost

Hi Friends,

in the production order i am not getting the activity cost .

In CO02- Operations overview - Dates tab or Qty/Activities tab , the planned activity values are not updated , and in co11n confirmation the actual data are not displayed ( the yield and activity duration ) only unit of measure for yield and activity are displayed

i have assigned cost center and activity type in the work center and in the routing also i have specified activity duration

in Work center - scheduling tab page for processing formula sap002 and for teardown formula sap003 are given

in OP67 (control key) scheduling indicator is checked

please give solution

Hi,

Now you creat a sepate order and check for the Activity values.

If they are there or not?

If it is not avaibale then in CO11N also it will not be available.

Please inform after creation of another order with observations..

in production order also i am not able to get the activity duration. how to solve this problem. i have given the activity duration in the routing but it is not reflecting in the production order '

Hi,

Try with Read PP Master data for Routing and check..

Inform the result, whether the Activity values are populatd in the Order?

Hi Arun,

Please check whether you have assigned the costing variants in the controlling tab in the order dependent parameters (OPL8).

Also check the valuation variant in OPN2 should be assigned to plant shop floor control

Then go in production order change you had an option to update the master data.

Goto to top menu bar

Process order> Functions>Read master data.

System will ask for which master data and the validity date

you go to the costing view of the work center you are using in the routing and tick the reference indicator which is present after the activity unit field. Now you create the production order now activity cost will come in production order.

Hi

I think u v 2 ques.

1. Plan Activity value is not updating.

Pls check KP26. U assign the activity price or not.

2. Qty & activity tab are not dispaying in CO11N.

Pls check

SPRO --> Production --> SFC --> Operations --> Confirmation

--> Single Screen Entry --> Define single entry screen.

Here select SAP001 & click on Details.

Here u check carefully in both tab like Area Selecton & Default.
