Not able to chnage the base unit of measure

Hi.

I am changing base unit of measure of a material.

While changing system is giving one errro message i.e

Production orders already exist that are assigned to the material.

CL00 1003478 0001

When i checked this order in CO02. It is not a production order.

Then i checked this order in KKF3.

I come to know that it is a CO Production order.

I TECO that order. But still the same error message appeared.

Then i delete the entries from the table AUFK / AFPO / AFKO. then system allowd me to change the base unit of measure.

Can anybody tell me is there any other way to resolve the same problem.
