Automatic worlflow problem in IW8W posting

After doing the IW8W the controlling people should be informed automatically through work flow so that settelment can be done

but the objects are available only upto teco if you look at transaction code SWEL

Now how to get object for tcode IW8W

Is there any way we set the object so that work flow can be triggerred automatically on this object after IW8W

Workflow consultant requires object to trigger from IW8W to ko88

Dear,

The system status of order will be having DEV (Deliverd )

It may be traced from system status table with the help of following tables & the linkage of information with the events.

You can check JEST,JSTO(TJ30T,TJ02T),OBJK,QMEL

Now ask your Workflow exper/ABAP team to proceed to full fill your requiremnt.

If there are more such scenario u can think for background job also to execute it automatically at predefined time.

Hi,

Get your order no from AUFM,or AFIH Table.

Pass this order no to OBJK

Get the filed name OBJNR

Pass this OBJNR to the JEST

In JEST there will be all status with 0001 to nnnnn

(here get EN as Languge)

Check the status wth TJ02T when u get the status as deliverd during that combination / incidence the mail should be fired to your CO guy.
