Report for monitoring interfaces

hi

i made a driver program for 7 outbound interfaces and using submit program command what i need is if any of the 7 interfaces are not getting downloaded i need to display a report that this interface file not downloaded or this interface is downloaded successfully

in submit statement how can i do this

can anyone help in this
