How to make the field "notes" in FB60 mandatory in some case.

Hello,

In fb60, there's a sheet named "notes" where you can insert a long text.

when you press F1 nothing happens so i assume it's not a field.

I'd like to know if it is possible to have an error message when this field is not filled.
