Tax calculation freight MIRO

Hi,

I am facing the problem at the time of MIRO for tax calculation on freight. I am givng 12.36 % tax code. But unable to understand on which value system has calculate the tax.Can anybody help.

Freight value 100

Tax 244.75.

hence i am unable to understand how system calculate this tax.
