Cancel target group generation process

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing the issue, that my segmentation model gets locked every time I generate a target group.

How to resolve this lock was described here:

Since I have this issue EVERY TIME I want to know how to avoid this issue in frist place?

Does anybody know what's the reason for such deadlock in Segmentation models?!

Hello Nik,

a.If you try to generate a single small target group, do you still get this error?

b. Kindly deactivate the Parallel Processing for Segment Builder by unsetting the 'Parallel' checkbox in: SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing -> Segmentation -> General Settings -> Define Settings for Parallel Processing. Then re-test this issue.

c.Have you check the lock entry in SM12?
