Execute VBA macro ONLY after workbook refresh, avoid macro execution while saving workbook

Hello All,

I have a workbook with lot of formatting done using VBA code. I am registering callback using SAPExecute command "Call Application.Run("SAPExecuteCommand", "registerCallback", "AfterRedisplay", "Callback_AfterRedisplay")". I am expecting macro to execute only after refreshing workbook. But it is running when I save workbook as a local version, or make any changes and save to BW.

Is there any option to make VBA macro to execute only after workbook refresh?
