Dear all,
I have a requirment where when the user staus is changed in claim notification (CLM2) then i got to trigger a workflow for approval.
I didn't find a change event in BUS7050 so i tried to create a Zchange event in the Zobject and delegated but i didn't find a proper user exit to raise the Zchange event explcitly through a FM?
Can anybody have a alternative solution?? Please reply

Sateesh
Hi Sateesh,
You can create you own events for triggering workflows in the transaction SWEC. All you have to do is to select a Change Doc. object, object category (BOR object), Object type BUS7050 and event FORAPPROVAL. In the Trigger event box select On Change radio button.

Hi,
I did what you said but what's happening is when we change the claim parameters i.e the parameters related to QMEL/QMUR/ILOA table then the event is getting raised but when i change the user status then the event is not getting raised as the user status doesn't store directly in the QMEL table.
My requirement is when they change the user status then only i got to trigger te workflow.

you can use status management to trigger event. You can search the forum for status managment. You can use Transaction Code OK02.

Hi Satish ,
Make sure that you have an entry of your z event in the transaction SWEC .
If it is not there create an entry .

Hi Sateesh,
Try "Events for Change Document" (SWEC).
