Unable to cancel TO

Hi we have a transfer order stuck in the system.

A batch Job in the background created a TO and at the same time the delivery was deleted. Now the delivery does not exist.

When LT15 is executed.

The error message reads

There were no deliveries that matched the criteria you specified

Message no. V50R025

We cannot simulate in our test client neither have access to the Production .

What should we do to delete the TO?

Could it be a option that we confirm it ?

I have tried the suggestion of creating a delivery witha manual number. It works fine in test client.

Waiting for user to approve.

To cancel the TO use Transaction LT15

Hi,

I do not know how to solve it.

One idea is to create that delivery with the same number (ID) again (you can input the number in VL01N), with the same details again.

I assume it won't allow the confirmation since the delivery doesn't exist (you can try it...).

If it doesn't work and you don't have any better idea contact SAP AG...
