Unable to cancel TO

Hi we have a transfer order stuck in the system.

A batch Job in the background created a TO and at the same time the delivery was deleted. Now the delivery does not exist.

When LT15 is executed.

The error message reads

There were no deliveries that matched the criteria you specified

Message no. V50R025

We cannot simulate in our test client neither have access to the Production .

What should we do to delete the TO?

Could it be a option that we confirm it ?
