Reg : sales order in BAPI

Hi All,

Am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create sales order i have given all the mandatory fields but still its saying

'Please enter sold-to party or ship-to party'

Which field i have to fill the sold to party and ship to party in bapi.

kindly say where am wrong?
