Cannot print from SAP

Hello Gurus!

I have some SAP systems that cannot print.

Right now only one of the SAP front ends can print

The other SAP gui send successfully from SAP (i even get the printer option popup) but nothing prints out.

Please does anyone know what the problem could be?

Hello Lola,

could you please give a concrete example of a failed print job? Did you check the spool request in the SP01 transaction for any details, what did not work?
