LSO Standard Approval workflows

Hi,

I want to enable LSO approval workflows to portal.. Configured

Task :WS12000003

Object type : LSO_PARTIC

Event :BOOKREQUEST

to delivery method 0001(class room training).But unable to trigger workflow from portal. Not getting the request for approval link from portal insted directly getting book course option;

Kindly advise..

Hi,

For workflow to get triggered for LSO you need to do configuration in table LSOWF_CUSTOMIZE.

I configured this table.. but Event type was not mentioned here. With Event type 'E' solved the problem;

Hello Neelima,

I have the same problem. Workflow is triggered but course is booked without going to approval from the approver. Please guide me.
