Internal error internal reconcillation

hi all,

While doing internal reconcillation with ar invoice

with payments there is paise difference in credit side(payments)

for which we created balancing journal entry and

total get tallied both on credit & debit side,on clicking

reconcile button following error message occurs

"Internal error 'Received Alerts' (OAIB) (-2007) occurred [Message 131-183]"
