ECC crashing during Arabic language import again and again

I am installing Arabic language for Saudi Arabia in ECC6 EHP8 , NW 7.5 system, The system is going down everytime it tries to import the 3rd package of language installation. DB Alert log says "Heavy swapping in the system". It is using 20Gb RAM and 20GB swap size completely and system is going down after that. I have restarted the system and re-ran the import but it crahsed again and again. I am now unable to proceed with the language installation. Anybody faced this type of issue ?

For UNIX system, it is recommended to configure swap as three times of physical memory, so please enlarge your swap, then test whether the problem gets solved.

Have you figured out what exactly is crashing? Is it the database or the SAP instance? If the database is crashing could you check the memory allocation for Oracle? If possible reduce the memory allocation for DB and restart the instance. "Heavy swapping in the system" is not necesarily an error mesage. If the database instance has not crashed then you need to check the SAP work process trace files to find out what caused the system to crash.
