Tax Amount not reflecting in F-02 transaction, we are using external tax engine that is One Source.

Hi All,

We are using external tax engine OneSource for calculating tax, but tax amount is not coming in transaction F-02 (General Posting). I must inform you in this tax engine we do not use jurisdiction code.

My Observations:

Checked response journeys and logs, tax is being calculated.

Is it possible to know where data is captured in the transaction from external tax engine?

Is there any configuration we are missing?

Please suggest a solution.

Not sure what is the Company Code Country and Destination Country. Have a look at OSS note 1738657 where it is mentioned, SAP will support external tax only for countries US, CA or PR.

We have implemented it for India GST regime only, all the scenarios are working fine, even fb60 transaction with same data is having correct results but in f-02, the tax amount is not getting populated.
