Dear All.
I am integrating S4 Hana system with C4C through Cloud Platform Integration.
I'm using the interface "Check business connectivity from SAP Business Suite".
Now when i run the report RCOD_CHECK_E2E_CONNECTIVITY i get the below error in CPI log.
I have created necessary configuration in SOAMANAGER in ERP and uploaded CPI Ceritifcate in C4C as well.
I even tried uploading C4C's Check connectivity with SAP Business Suite WSDL into the iflow receiver. Still the error persists.
Is there anything I'm missing?? Need some advice.

Kindly refer this KBA.
From your screenshots, i can see that Message ID Protocol is "WS-A Message ID", however on HCI side we use "SAP RM" message protocol.
