Dear All.

I am integrating S4 Hana system with C4C through Cloud Platform Integration.

I'm using the interface "Check business connectivity from SAP Business Suite".

Now when i run the report RCOD_CHECK_E2E_CONNECTIVITY i get the below error in CPI log.

I have created necessary configuration in SOAMANAGER in ERP and uploaded CPI Ceritifcate in C4C as well.

I even tried uploading C4C's Check connectivity with SAP Business Suite WSDL into the iflow receiver. Still the error persists.

Is there anything I'm missing?? Need some advice.

Dear Abraham,

Kindly refer this KBA.

From your screenshots, i can see that Message ID Protocol is "WS-A Message ID", however on HCI side we use "SAP RM" message protocol.

Dear Abraham,

401 - Unauthorized error here is in between HCI and C4C. The user maintained in HCI for authenticating in C4C doesn't have correct credentials. The UserID and Password(Artifact) in HCI receiver channel has to match with C4C Communication Arrangement for Connectivity.

If you are using Certificate based authentication, then make sure that HCI Client certificate is properly updated in C4C Communication Arrangement.

Dear Shiva,

Thank you for your reply.

.

I am using client certificate authentication.

i have downloaded CPI certificate from the keystore( type - key pair) and uploaded it in the inbound comm arrangement. Still the error persists somehow.
