Control Key YI05 (PPPI)

Hi gurus,

In PPPI, in my process order, the last phase is using a Subcon Resource. This is using a control key YI05. How come there is no processing time for this? The value for processing time is zero although there's a 120MIN specified in its activity value (Machine). But if YI02 is specified, there's a processing time.

Please elaborate. thanks

Hi,

Refer total linkage as under.

1) OP7B: Define Resource Parameters

2) OPJQ: Define Standard Value Key (w.r.t. OP7B - Parameter)

3) CRC1: Define Resource (w.r.t. OPJQ - Standard Key)

4) C201: Define Master Recipe (w.r.t. CRC1 - Standard key in Resource)

5) COR1: Create Process Order (Value of standard key)

Hi,

Thanks for the valuable inputs. But i found the setting in YI05. I can just enable the scheduling check box so that lead time/activity values/etc. are taken into consideration. But if you have further comments, please do so. Any impacts on other areas?

hi

check in work center (which is in routing ) whether there is standard parameter -processing time yes or no. then only it reflect in routing.

Hi,

You need to look into the Standard Value key which is assigned to the Work center.

If you maintain this, you will at least get the filed in the Routing.

It is nothing to do with the Control Key.
