I schedule a crystal report using the cmc giving the parameters. But the next time I schedule, the same report, the parameters are not saved. I need to give new parameters. I want to have a set of default parameters to be taken (just like web intelligence reports). How do I achieve it ? Please suggest some way. Using the CMC or Crystal Reports 2008 or both?
Is there any roundabout way? kindly guide.
Hi Kanthi,
In order to save the parameter values once you schedule in CMC you need to uncheck the options
--Prompt the user for new value(s) when viewing
--Clear the current parameter value(s)
under process tab in parameters section, so that it will take the same parameter values when you try to schedule it again
Thanks & Regards,
