Method is not executing for BUS2089

There's a custom method in ZBUS2089 called ZGet_Approver, that I changed in Development system. The user tested it and it worked.

I transported this to QA system and the user tested it and it did not work.

I looked at the transport log and there were no errors.

I compared both methods and both are the same.

I tried running SWU_OBUF and Generating Object ZBUS2089 and still nothing.

User executed again in Develpment system and it works there.

Is there something that BASIS has to do to activate or generate or something to recognize my change?

Not sure how to debug this in QA.

Please check your Method in QA environment may be there is no approvers maintained in the QA or may be the code that you have written contains some parameters or checks that does not match with the data in this server.

I checked the method and master data was not maintained by user which caused the failure.
