COPA - missing Royalty value

Hi All

I am stuck on a COPA issue - where in config i have already mapped the Royalty Condition type to value field KE4i but on the COPA Doc i dont see that value field at all - in config i have 29 value fields, but on my COPA doc i see ONLY 28...

this order had royalty which has hit the correct GL accounts - but it doesnt appear on the COPA docs...

can anyone please help me out of this one
