xcelsius designer 4.5 powerpoint swf

I just sent a ppt presentation to someone using microsoft 2007 ppt. He was unable to use the xcelsius ppt, it said a component was missing.

It works fine on my machine and my lab top.

Does anyone know what the missing component is?
