conditions

Hello guys..

In transation document quatation at conditions tabpage i am not finding any relavent data it is showing blank, and one more thing this transaction is not taking ' sales organinzation, distribution channel, contact person,ship to party, bill to party,payer etc' automatically.

What could be the reason?

What should i do?
