ESS, Personal Info(Address, Bank, Personal Data)

Question for the Guru's

When I enter the views in ESS for address, bank, and personal data the only opition I get is to exit or go the the previous screen(which is greyed out).

This is only occuring in the Personal Info tab

User has the following infotypes:

Actions (0000)

Organizational Assignment (0001)

Personal Data (0002)

Addresses (0006)

Planned Working Time (0007)

Basic Pay (0008)

Family/Related Person (0021)

Additional Personal Data

Communication (0105)

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
