Trigger an Idoc when GR is saved.

I need to trigger an IDOC when GR is saved.This GR in IDOC will be sent to some other 3rd party system.

Is there any standard Message Type & Idocs Type for GR?

If yes,pl specify them.

If no, then how can I solve this?

Pl let me know.
