Hi All,
there is a output type which doesnt have a condition record. So when i trigger it manually (send immediately), and press save, it vanishes because it doesnt satisfy the condition. However i want it to remain yellow. Is it possible? Please help me, its really urgent. Points will be rewarded.
Thanks

Hi Rohit,
This setting has to be done in SPRO->Sales and Distribution-> Basic functions->Output control->Output Determination
->Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents->follow the 6 steps.
Once it is done use VV32 change the storage mode to print and archive then it will remain yellow untill it is processed.

are you thinking are we guys here for points earning?
you must assign condition type to your output type and than same output type has to be assing to your ducument also so that it can pick correct OP type.all these will be done in NACE
