sales order /despatch

Hi

I have created a sales order and have stock in it , when I am trying to despatch (outbound delivery)its is bringing in the material but when i look into the condition tab I find it blank, kindly guide me on this .

IF IT IS COS OF COPY CONTROLS PLS DO GUIDE ME HOW TO MAINTAIN IT
