SAP Contact Center customiser development

Hi there!

I've been searching for documentation on how to create Contact Center level customisers.
I'm already at home in small-scale development using different languages. The documentation I'm looking for is SAP CCtr specific: the required structure of the customiser, names of functions available to use, naming conventions, examples etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    No deeper documentation about the topic available. Few examples how to do a IVR customizer can be found from note 1951158.
