I'm not entirely clear on your requirement.

Do you want to cancel lots without a UD?

Do you want lots that have been cancelled to disappear? From what?

What type of inspection lots are we talking about?

Inspection lots never totally disappear, they can only be made to not appear on worklists.

Hi Graig,

Some times Inspection lot created after production is cancelled due to some reason, i.e we cancel the confirmation of the process order and again reconfirm the process order. So after above activities we get two inspection lot, Previous one has status LTCA and last one has status REL. We proceed ahead against REL only and Lot which has status LTCA remain reflecting useless in the system.

So we need LTCA Status should not be dispalyed after some time (let say 5 days).

This is my concern only.

LTCA lots should only be displayed in the QA32/33 worklists. I don't think other work lists will show them.

For QA32/33 you can create a status profile for the selection screen that will not allow LTCA lots to be displayed.

You can't get rid of them unless your doing an archiving run or you write a program to delete them directly from the QALS table which is probably not really a good idea.
