Final Issue set in Reservation despite qty not withdrawn

Hei experts,

Have a question to all?

FI indicator can be set manually via MB22 though the Reserved qty has not been withdrawn..

Whats the Logic behind this.

I think there is no possiblity to track change history for Reservations.Am I right?
