quality certficate profile

Hi all,

1) Can i use only one certificate profile to assign it to all materials @ 2000 in nos in two diff plants.Is there any limitation to no of materialsto be assigned to profile

2) I tried to assign these materials from material tab by just copy paste but it is allowing me to assign only 5 materilas at a time. Is there any other simple way to assign these materials to profile other than LSMW
