Notification realted issue

Dear Guru's

I am working on scenaro on Notification when I Fill

correction task and corrective action, there when doing(release,complete,no error) during release i get popup saying....PLANNED TASK START IS BEFORE DESIRED NOTIFICATION START

So please help to solve this query as me working on quality server.
