Checkbox in Smartforms

Hi Experts,

I was trying to put checkbox in smartforms by following way:

Select the Text node.

Change Editor (Click the button above Check near the Editor)

Go to menu Include->Characters->SAP Symbols

Choose the SAP symbol that you want to insert.

But it's not working when i am trying to view the form by just executing the same.

May i know if i am missing some more settings or any other ways to do so?

Actually our requirement is we need to put some checkbox symbols in text module which will be included in window, this form will be used for printing purpose only.
