Documents ACcessing

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest the other way to access the documents from BEx instead of going through portal.

Hi

U can create a document for info object like (Region/CC/company etc.) also for infoprovider level also then u can save the document and in query properties u can enable the docuement properties and it will display as icon in reporting level and if u click that then it will display in web as a separate window.

Hi Pallavi,

There is no way to access the documents stored in BI without web link. If you want to access them without web, then you have to actually open the document in BI itself (Transaction SE80, Mime Repository).

You can access documents from the document repository - you can go there using tcode rsa1.

can you please tell me the way we can do it in RSA1 and can you please confirm whether we can check at report level without going to portal.

Hi,

In RSA1, access the fourth tab (on the left side) called 'Documents' (after the 3 tabs - modelling, administration, transport connection).
