I would like to ask you that is it neccessary to have S/4 hana for FIORI or we can configure it with ECC 6.0 ehp 7 ?

unfortunately your exam Record is not valid for SAP Credential Manager. A self registration is not possible.
Our Record do show you are on Release HCM 6.0 EHP4. Valid are EHP 5 to EHP 7.
