Install NetWeaver, Start Java problems

During install NetWeaver 7.00 (J2EE Engine) did not Start Java process.

The message from startJ2E.log is :

running C:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS\exe\uc\NTI386\sapstart.exe name=J2E nr=00 SAPDIAHOST=sem -wait

SAPSTART finished successfully on sem_J2E_00, but at least one process doesn't run correctly:

C:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS\exe\uc\NTI386\sapstart.exe=>sapparam(1c): No Profile used.

Windows XP SP3 32 bits, pentium Dual 1.6Ghz, 1GB ram, 26Gb free hard disk space.

J2SE SDK version 1.4.2_16 ,
